UOL has been named one of Singapore’s Best Employers for 2023, earning a spot in the top 250 companies for the first time.

Out of more than 1,700 eligible employers each with at least 200 staff considered for the ranking, UOL was placed 148^th overall.

“When we say ‘People are our greatest asset’, it embodies the culture of trust and accountability to empower people and build a team to deliver on our mission of quality, satisfying customers and maximising effectiveness to achieve positive results, and making people feel good about how they had made a meaningful impact and contributed to it. In the end, an organisation is nothing more than the collective capacity of its people to create value,” said Mr Liam Wee Sin, UOL Group Chief Executive.

The independent survey result released on 18 April 2023 was conducted by global data firm Statista and The Straits Times. Companies were evaluated based on feedback from employees and various factors including work environment, potential for development, salary, image, and growth.
